Meet Rachel
Hi! I’m Rachel, the founder of Foundations First Fitness & Nutrition. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Functional Nutrition and Metabolic Specialist with over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of women lose weight, get healthy from the inside out, and build lasting confidence!
My mission is simple: to help you understand your body, build strength, and create a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain long after our coaching ends. I specialize in guiding clients through the entire weight loss journey (including the often-overlooked reverse diet process), so you not only reach your goals but learn how to sustain them.
Why I’m Different
As a mom of two wild toddlers, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health amidst the chaos of life. That’s why I meet my clients where they are; offering practical, no-judgment solutions tailored to their unique needs. My philosophy? "Done messy is better than not done at all." Fitness and nutrition don’t have to be perfect—they just have to fit into your life.
I also bring a deep understanding of female biology, hormones, and motherhood challenges, helping women optimize their health at every stage of life. My approach is relatable, encouraging, and grounded in science, with an emphasis on education so you can confidently navigate your health journey for years to come.
